Gurgaon was the worst place I have ever visited

Gurgaon City

I am basically from Uttarakhand, not from the hilly area but from the plains. I have been to Gwalior, Meerut, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Jammu, Haridwar, Dehradun, Jaipur, Agra, Bhopal, Prayagraj and many other big cities. This is all based on the experiences I had in these cities.

A week ago, I came to Gurgaon to take some exams. I had heard about Gurgaon that it is a very big city, sister of Delhi, rapidly growing in infrastructure development, one of the most developed cities in India.

But when I came here, the reality was completely different.

The first problem I faced after coming here was the attitude of Ola/Uber auto drivers. As it was inside the enclave, no one took the booking. This behavior is incomprehensible. I somehow managed to find an auto. I specifically asked the driver to take that one particular route, but he made a mistake and stopped at some useless place. It literally took me 2 hours to reach the house where I am staying, whereas it should have taken only 15-30 minutes.

Also, it is very hot here. It felt like I was pushed into a boiling oven. I have been to many cities including hot and semi-arid places like Gwalior, Meerut. But here the story was different. It felt like I was walking in the middle of a desert. And girls stand anywhere here to do business. I talked to a girl and she said that she works in Gurgaon escort service agency. My head started spinning. What's happening?. There is no such thing as shame or shame here.

And the roads are literally missing here. Where are the roads? I just found some off-road paths that were filled with potholes, gravel and sand. So much construction and no one bothers to clean up their mess. Just gravel and sand everywhere. The roads here literally make me cry.

And don't even talk about the public transport system. It is very poor to say the least. One has to completely depend on Ola/Uber to get from one place to another. Bus stops are just for show.

It rained heavily this morning. As expected, the roads were flooded very quickly. Understandable. But even after more than 10 hours of rain, the situation was the same. It rained in the morning, I went to give the paper at 2 pm, returned at 5 pm and the situation was the same. Where is the drainage system? Why are there no drains? You have covered the entire ground with concrete, there are no drains. Do you expect the water to disappear magically?

There is no beauty in this city. No trees, no attractive architecture. There are just tall concrete towers everywhere. I literally did not find a single dustbin or Sulabh Shauchalay. I live near Rejang La Road, and what else can I say about it except that it is horrible, really horrible. Independent Escort Girls Gurgaon Available Easaly Here It's Horabble

What is the local government doing? Do they not realise the problems of common citizens? Why are they sleeping? I understand people have a compulsion to live in this mess, but I can't stand it for a minute. Maybe I'll live in it in the future, but I pray to God that day never comes.

This is a horrible, horrible city. Zero sexiness, zero vibes, zero beauty.

Sorry for writing so long. I just wanted to express my disappointment with this city.

Edit: Regarding crime, I just keep my head down and go about my business. It seems like people here are high on marijuana or something. They stop their cars in the middle of the road, just to let someone in. You stare at them, and be ready to look into the barrel of a gun. Normally, I use autos and bikes, but one day I took a scooty (from the person I'm staying with) and I really had to be 200% more careful. In other places, you bump into someone, you try to resolve the matter amicably, in Gurgaon, you will die before you can even open your mouth. There are a lot of road rage cases.

Having said that, my experience with people here has been slightly better so far. Haven't met anyone like that yet, and hope never to as long as I'm here. The people I have met have generally been helpful and polite. I guess I'm lucky in that regard.
